10 team games for a 10-minute break
Ten minutes is enough to reset a long day. These ten games work well with coworkers: some put teams against each other, some are co-operative, and some are quick races everyone can follow. All of them run in the browser, with a room code and no sign-up.
Team against team
- Paint War: paint a shared board in your team colour and flip your rivals' squares before the clock ends. Easy to see who is winning.
- Tug of Words: two teams pull the rope by unscrambling words faster than the other side, with a sudden-death final pull.
- Baton Dash: a one-thumb relay for 2 to 8 players. Run your leg, hand over the baton and cheer your team home.
Everyone in the same room, everyone at once
- Bomb Pass: pass the lit bomb before the fuse runs out. Loud, fast and good for laughs.
- RPS Royale: rock, paper, scissors for the whole room. Everyone picks at once, losers lose a life and power cards twist the rounds.
- Sketch Squad: one player draws a secret word with a finger while everyone else races to guess it from four choices.
Work together
- Team Jigsaw: build one big picture with your whole crew. Everyone holds some pieces, so nobody can finish it alone.
- Echo Squad: the whole squad shares one growing pattern and three lives. Take your steps in turn.
Quick races anyone can join
- Tap Hunt: find the one face that is different. Everyone gets the same crowd, so it is a fair race.
- Math Rush: quick sums with a burning fuse. A good fit for a mixed group.
A simple 10-minute plan
- Minute 0 to 2: one person makes a room and posts the code in the team chat. Everyone joins with a nickname.
- Minute 2 to 4: a warm-up race, such as Tap Hunt, so people learn how a room works.
- Minute 4 to 9: a team game, for example Paint War. In the lobby the host can pick 2 to 4 teams.
- Minute 9 to 10: look at the table, name the winners and go back to work.

Short on people? Add computer players from the lobby. More tips in the team games guide and how to run a team game break.
