Beat Chain is a co-op rhythm game. Notes slide down four coloured lanes towards a ring, and each player owns some of the lanes. Tap your notes on the beat. The team chain only grows when everyone in the group hits their notes, so one miss breaks it for the whole team, and a perfect group makes the multiplier rise. The tempo starts gentle, then adds off-beats, chords, double time and a drop.
Yes. Computer crew take the lanes you do not tap. You can choose to tap one, two or all four lanes.
Sound helps, because the notes land on the beat, but the notes are shown on screen too.
The game adjusts timing a little from your recent taps. If you use wireless headphones, try wired or phone speakers.
