Free solitaire games online: FreeCell, Spider, Mahjong and more

Solitaire is the classic break game: no waiting, no opponent, just a puzzle you can pause any time. These versions run in your browser with large cards, hints and undo.

FreeCell

FreeCell Solitaire deals all 52 cards face up into eight columns, with four free cells to park a card. Because everything is visible, it is nearly all skill. Every deal we offer has been checked with a solver, so each one can be won. You can also type in a deal number to replay a favourite.

Spider Solitaire

Spider Solitaire uses two decks and ten columns. Build down in any suit, but only a run of one suit moves together. Finish a King-to-Ace run and it leaves the table. Pick one suit for an easier game, or two or four suits for a real challenge. One-suit deals are checked to be winnable, while two and four suit deals are not, and the menu says so.

Mahjong Solitaire

Mahjong Solitaire is a tile game, not a card game: remove pairs of matching tiles that are free, meaning nothing sits on top and one side is open. It comes in four layouts, including the classic Turtle, and every deal is built to be solvable.

Pocket Solitaire and tile puzzles

Pocket Solitaire is a quick phone-sized version where every deal is winnable, and Tile Match and Tile Tower give you a similar tile-clearing feel in a minute or two.

Tips that work in every version

Try the daily deal in each game to play the same layout as everyone else and keep a streak. See all games for more.
