Quick Chess
Quick Chess is a free 3D game of chess against the computer, so you can play chess online without signing in. Choose Easy, Medium or Hard, play White or Black, or pass the phone to a friend. All the real rules are in: castling, en passant, promotion, stalemate and the draw rules, with hints, undo and an optional 5-minute blitz clock.
How to play
- Pick a level, your colour and a clock, then tap Play.
- Tap a piece, then tap a dot to move; red rings are captures.
- Checkmate the computer's king; use Hint and Undo if stuck (they cost points).
Tips
- Control the centre and develop your knights and bishops before moving the queen.
- Castle early to tuck your king away.
- Check what your opponent threatens before every move.

Can I play chess against the computer for free?
Yes. There are 3 levels, no sign-in and nothing to download.
Are castling, en passant and promotion included?
Yes, all the standard rules, and you choose your promotion piece.
Can two people play on one phone?
Yes. Choose 2 Player and pass the phone; the board turns each move.
