Scooter Switch

Scooter Switch is an original, stylized 3D scooter line game with 48 seeded short challenges. Ramps launch the rider automatically; you spend the available airtime on tailwhips, held-grip X-UP bar turns and stance swaps, then catch the deck before physical contact. Sideways acceleration, residual speed, wind and the landing marker determine whether a transfer is aligned. Rail contacts continue into a short balance segment. Each run has four or five spots and lasts roughly 25–35 seconds. The first three lines forgive two missed landings and introduce gentle line changes. X-UP turns unlock at line 8, rails at 12, stance swaps at 18, descending catches at 24 and two-family combinations with shorter airtime at 30. Stars, best points and unlocks are saved on this device. The UTC Daily picks an identical seeded line for everyone and only achieved wins advance its streak, once per day. Friends compare independent seeded SOLO runs; there are no synchronous humans or AI riders sharing the park. Pip is the existing shared Kit scoreboard computer, not a physical scooter opponent.

How to play

  1. Watch the automatic ramp pop, then tap DECK for a tailwhip. Later lines show a requested X-UP bar turn, stance swap or two-family combination.
  2. Finish every requested trick before holding CATCH. The feet need time to settle before contact; later lines only allow the catch on descent.
  3. Tap or drag the alignment slider toward the triangle, then let sideways speed settle. Stay centered during a rail lock. Keyboard: D deck, B bars, S stance, Space catch, arrows steer, Escape pause and R retry.

Questions

Is friends mode a shared live scooter park?

No. Each participant plays one independent line-32 run with the same room seed, geometry targets and trick requests. Real clean contacts determine the human scores. The shared Kit supplies computer scoreboard characters and the final podium.

How do saving, Daily and recovery work?

Won normal lines unlock the next line and save one to three stars, while best points persist on this device. Daily streaks advance only on a won UTC Daily, at most once per day, reset after a missed day and continue across consecutive UTC days. A run crossing midnight credits its original UTC day; Daily retry loads the current UTC day's seed. Hidden tabs pause; Resume is deliberate. Normal retry preserves the current seed. WebGL loss pauses with a recovery notice; restored graphics rebuild the scene, and saved progress survives a reload.

Is this a realistic scooter training simulator?

No. It uses original low-gravity arcade timing, automatic ramp launches and simplified deck, feet and rail contact rules. The articulated rider maintains the bar grips, but this is a short timing game rather than real-world instruction or an open-world skatepark.

Where are sharing and score boards?

On the result screen, Share / score boards reveals the existing shared Kit score card without blocking a quick retry by default. The shared platform handles challenges, videos, sign-in and leaderboard submission. Its score card expires after a short wait; replay a line to refresh it.
