Padel Pocket

An original modeled glass-and-fence venue hosts 48 seeded short singles challenges. A net divides the court: clear the tape, let the serve bounce in the diagonal service box, and never send a shot straight into the opponent's glass before its first floor bounce. Your assisted athlete moves at a finite speed; you choose back, net or glass positioning, optionally drag to adjust your feet, and time a left/right drive or lob. The rival also travels, winds up and contacts the ball within the same reach and height rules. First-three challenges need two points with generous timing; later challenges need three points, narrow timing, introduce a net hunter, deep back-wall returns and volley/lob tradeoffs. Best score, unlocks and best stars persist. UTC Daily uses an identical date seed and earns a streak only on a win. These are abbreviated one-against-one receiving drills, not regulation doubles or full sets; the rival serves every rally. Exiting a gate ends the point; outside-court recovery and own-wall attacking shots are not included. Friends rooms compare identical seeded solo runs, not synchronous human doubles. The shared Pip character is a scoreboard computer, separate from the physical court rival.

How to play

  1. Tap Play. Watch the rival's underarm serve bounce, then tap LEFT or RIGHT while the ball is within your athlete's reach.
  2. Choose BACK for a floor return, NET to attempt a volley, or GLASS to position for a back-wall recovery. Drag the court to adjust lateral feet. Wait for the glass rebound before swinging.
  3. Lob over a net hunter or drive into the open side. Win two early points or three later points before the 85-second match limit. Keyboard: A/D or left/right arrows drive, Space lobs, W/up selects net, S/down selects back, G selects glass, P/Escape pauses and R retries.

Questions

Do friends share the court?

No. Friends and Pip compare separate seeded solo scores through the shared room and podium. There is no synchronous human doubles play.

What saves, and what happens if graphics stop?

Best score, unlocked challenges and best stars save locally; Daily streaks use UTC and count at most one achieved win per day. Rally animation does not save. Hidden tabs pause and require deliberate resume. WebGL loss shows an actionable reload panel; restoration returns to a paused court.
