Killer Sudoku
Killer Sudoku adds arithmetic to Sudoku. Every dashed cage must add up to its small number and cannot repeat a digit. Boards run from friendly 6x6 up to 9x9 and are generated from a seed and proven to have one solution, with few or no given numbers.
How to play
- Tap a square, then a number; each cage must hit its sum with no repeats.
- Rows, columns and boxes still hold each digit once.
- Tap Tips to see which number sets can make the selected cage's sum.
Tips
- Start with 2-cell cages that need 3, 4, 16 or 17, because they have only one possible pair.
- Use the Tips bar, or long-press a square to peek at its cage combinations.
- Mark candidates with Notes.
