Hitori Mini
Hitori Mini is a number-grid puzzle from 5x5 up to 7x7. Shade out the repeats until no number appears twice in any row or column, with no two shaded cells touching and all open cells still connected. Every puzzle is generated from a seed and proven to have exactly one answer.
How to play
- Tap a cell once to shade it and twice to circle it as safe.
- Make sure no unshaded number repeats in a row or column.
- Keep shaded cells apart and the white cells connected.
Tips
- Circle a number that has no twin so you stop worrying about it.
- A cell between two equal numbers is a good shading candidate.
- A hint costs one star, so save it for the last stuck cell.

Can there be more than one answer?
No, each level is checked by a solver to have exactly one.
What does the circle do?
It marks a cell as safe so you cannot shade it by accident.
How are stars earned?
By solving fast, 1:00 for 5x5, 1:40 for 6x6 and 2:30 for 7x7, and by not using a hint.
