Disc Golf Grove is an original, procedurally modeled 3D throwing sport with 48 seeded short holes. Drag to aim and independently control release power, loft, bank, spin direction and drive/putt mode. The disc advances through a deterministic fixed-step flight simulation with drag, lift, gravity, high-speed turnover, low-speed fade and wind. Trunks, simplified canopy volumes, rocks, sloping ground, basket pole and chains interact with the real flight; misses leave a new lie for another stroke. The gold dotted preview runs the same simulation rather than computing a success path. The first three holes are open and allow seven strokes. Trunk gaps arrive at hole 4, dogleg trails at hole 9, wind at hole 13 and height changes at hole 25; later holes allow five strokes. Each solo attempt has an 85-second active-play limit. Finish to earn stars, save your best score and unlock the next hole. Two or fewer strokes earn three stars, up to four earn two, and other successful finishes earn one. Scores reward a completed basket, unused strokes and remaining time; losses receive a bounded proximity score. This is a forgiving arcade model, not official disc-golf rules or coaching.
No. Each human plays a separate, identically seeded solo hole-18 challenge in a finite score-comparison room. The shared Kit handles host/join, countdown, scores, its optional Pip computer benchmark and the final podium. Pip is the platform's score-comparison character, not an athlete running this game's flight simulation.
The UTC date selects an identical seed and hole for everyone. Only an achieved basket advances the streak, at most once that UTC day. Consecutive UTC days extend it; a gap restarts it at one. A loss or same-day replay cannot add another day. If midnight passes during an old Daily attempt, that old seed cannot earn the new day's streak; Replay Daily starts the new UTC seed.
Best score, unlocked holes, earned stars and the Daily streak are saved on this device through Kit.store. An unfinished disc flight is not saved. Hidden tabs pause solo play and require deliberate Resume; a friends room's shared wall-clock deadline still ends that room even if you pause.
Pause and Retry provide a fresh attempt at the same seed. Missing WebGL or a lost graphics context shows an actionable reload panel, while unlocked progress stays saved. Context restoration requires an explicit reload to rebuild the scene safely.
