Checkers
Checkers, also called draughts, is the classic 8x8 board game, now free to play in your browser in 3D. Play checkers online against the computer on Easy, Medium or Hard, or pass and play with a friend. Jumps are mandatory, multi-jumps chain together and kings move both ways, just like the real game.
How to play
- Tap a glowing piece, then tap a green square to move it diagonally forward.
- If you can jump an enemy piece you must; keep jumping while more jumps are available.
- Reach the far row to be crowned a king, then capture everything or block the opponent to win.
Tips
- Keep your back row home as long as you can.
- Hold the centre of the board.
- Trade pieces when you are ahead and use Hint or Undo to learn.
